Megan Joplin grew up in Seattle, Washington, parts of California and Tempe, Arizona where she attended Arizona State University. Megan Joplin's work has been published in The Seattle Times, The Seattle P-I, The Stranger, The Seattle Weekly, Arts Resource Network, Balance Magazine and in the book, The Stranger Guide to Seattle. She has also been reviewed in the Seattle Times and Tablet. Clients include Naugahyde Productions, Theater Schmeater, Bambaji, Open Circle, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Balance Magazine and Special Productions in New York City among others. Shows include three group shows at The Pound Gallery and two solo shows at Theater Schmeater. Last fall she was invited to participate as a contributing artist for the 2004 Salem Arts Council Benefit Auction and was a winner in the Open House New York, Fall 2004: Focus on Architecture Photography Competition.
